Casapietra is an imposing country residence with private swimming pool (6x12 m, depth 1.50 m), located on the edge of the city of Scicli, a baroque jewel in the south east of Sicily. The villa offers a panoramic position with a splendid surrounding landscape characterized by olive trees, carob trees and white dry stone walls. The structure, recently restored, extends over three levels and offers various modern comforts. Guests have access to exclusive outdoor spaces, including a large swimming pool (open from April to October, possibility of opening out of season with supplement), a well-kept garden, a 5-a-side football/tennis court with synthetic grass and an area wellness complete with sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage tub (heated to 28°) and emotional shower. The following services are possible upon request and for a fee: tastings of typical products and wines, excursion guides, beauty treatments, transfers and rental of cars, boats and bikes. Excellent location for exploring south-eastern Sicily, with the possibility of reaching baroque cities such as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Noto. Furthermore, the beaches of Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri are easily accessible in a few minutes by car. Possibility to book only 4 sleeps at a reduced price, closing the second floor.
