The house has been recently renovated with the use of typical local materials to maintain the authenticity and tradition of the farmhouse. The house is surrounded by large land with oak trees, olive trees and shaded areas, which, together with the swimming pool, creates an ideal environment for enjoying the Tuscan landscape. Upon request it is possible to use an annex with a wood-burning oven to organize pizza parties for a fee. Its location between the Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, adds a special touch to its charm. The proximity to the thermal waters of San Casciano dei Bagni adds a further element of luxury and relaxation.
